● Warranty Duration: 6 Months (Harmanii Authorized Service Warranty)

● 7-Day Full Replacement Policy: If any manufacturing defect, dead-on-arrival (DOA) issue, or wrong product delivery
is reported within 7 days of receiving the product, the speaker will be fully
replaced.

● After 7 Days to 6 Months: All valid issues will be handled through authorized repair service only.
Replacement will not apply after the first 7 days.

● Warranty Duration: 6 Months (Replacement Warranty)

● Any verified manufacturing or functional defect within 6 months will qualify for one- time replacement.

● Any signs of burning, cutting, voltage abuse, or modification will immediately void the warranty.

Harmanii FlowCharge Adapter

● Warranty Duration: 6 Months (Replacement Warranty)

● Any verified defect within the warranty period will be eligible for one-time direct
replacement. Any signs of burning, cutting, voltage abuse, or modification will immediately void the warranty.

2. COMPLAINT TIMELINE

Within 24 Hours of Delivery

● Physical damage

● Wrong product received → If you receive an incorrect product, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear video of the product shared via WhatsApp so that we can quickly verify and assist you.

Within 7 Days of Delivery

● Manufacturing defect

● Product not functioning properly → Full replacement applies to Harmanii Flow+ speaker, Glow Cables & FlowCharge Adapter.

After 7 Days to 6 Months

● Flow+ Speaker: Authorized repair only

● Glow Cables & FlowCharge Adapter: One-time replacement

3. WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

● Manufacturing defects

● Internal electrical or component failure

● Power, charging, and connectivity faults under normal usage

4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

Warranty will be void in the following cases:

● Physical damage, cracks, or dents

● Water or moisture damage

● Burn marks due to voltage fluctuation or short circuit

● Use of non-standard or incompatible chargers

● Negligence, misuse, or accidental drops

● Unauthorized opening, modification, or third-party repair

● Normal wear and tear

● Dust, dirt, corrosion, or rust buildup

● Reduced battery performance over time

● Cosmetic damage (scratches, faded color)

● Damage caused by fire, flood, pets, children, or natural disasters

5. PRODUCT USAGE CONDITIONS

● Bluetooth performance is optimal within 10 meters.

● Avoid using non-standard or incompatible chargers with the speaker.

● Only use chargers and power sources recommended or approved by Harmanii.

● Battery backup depends on volume level, connectivity, and user habits.

● The Flow+ speaker is water-resistant, not waterproof.

6. WARRANTY CLAIM GUIDELINES

● Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non transferable.

● Proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory.

● Customers must provide: Clear issue video, Purchase invoice

● Harmanii may attempt remote troubleshooting before approving physical service.

● Final approval of repair or replacement will be based on technical inspection.

7. SHIPPING & SERVICE PROCESS

● The customer must send the product to the Harmanii service location.

● Shipping to Harmanii: Paid by customer.

● Return shipping after service: Covered by Harmanii.

● Harmanii is not responsible for transit damage, loss, or delays.

● Standard service time: 7–20 working days.

● Replacement units will be in equivalent condition.

● If the exact variant or color is unavailable, a similar alternative may be provided.

8. UNAUTHORIZED OPENING & TAMPERVERIFICATION

All Harmanii Flow+ speakers that undergo any warranty repair are internally marked using:

● Hidden internal tamper seals

● Micro paint marking on internal screws

● Before-and-after internal photo documentation

● Serial-based repair tracking

If inspection shows any sign of unauthorized opening, third-party repair, or internal modification, the warranty will be marked: VOID – UNAUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY TAMPERING Paid repair may be offered if technically possible.

9. FINAL AUTHORITY

● Inspect all products before approving any claim

● Reject claims that do not meet warranty conditions

● Update or modify this warranty policy without prior notice
