At Harmanii, we strive to ensure that every customer receives products in perfect condition. While we primarily offer replacement and warranty services, refunds are available only under strict and limited circumstances to maintain fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
1. Product Delivered With Physical Damage
Visible damage that occurred before the product was opened or used.
2. Issue Reported Within 24 Hours of Delivery
The complaint must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Mandatory Proof Required
You must provide:

A clear video of the received product

Photos/videos showing the issue

Order details and delivery receipt

Proof must be submitted to our official WhatsApp support
Refund claims without a video will not be accepted.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be issued if:

The product has been used.

The issue is reported after 24 hours.

The product was damaged due to misuse, mishandling, drops, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

The product appearance differs due to lighting or display variation.

The customer changes their mind after purchase.

Issues fall under standard warranty or repair coverage (e.g., speaker malfunction, cable connectivity issues).
After 24 hours, all requests will be handled through:

7-Day Full Replacement (Harmanii. Flow+ Speaker)

6-Month Warranty Repair (Harmanii. Flow+ Speaker)

6-Month Replacement Warranty (Harmanii. Glow cables & FlowCharge Adapter)
Refund Process
If your claim is approved:

You will receive a confirmation message.

The product must be shipped back to Harmanii in its original packaging.

Once the returned item is inspected and verified, we will initiate the refund.

Refunds are processed only through bKash/Nagad (no cash refunds).

Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Shipping the product back to Harmanii is the customer’s responsibility.
Important Notes

Harmanii reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

In case of any dispute, Harmanii’s decision will be considered final.
