At Harmanii, your experience is our top priority. We craft our gear with the highest standards, but if you ever run into an unexpected issue, our warranty policy is here to protect your investment. We believe in complete transparency, so here is a clear, simple breakdown of your coverage.
Harmanii. Flow+ Bluetooth Speaker
- Warranty Duration: 6 Months (Harmanii Authorized Service Warranty)
- 7-Day Full Replacement Policy: If any manufacturing defect, dead-on-arrival (DOA) issue, or wrong product delivery is reported within 7 days of receiving the product, the speaker will be fully replaced.
- After 7 Days to 6 Months: All valid issues will be handled through authorized repair service only. Replacement will not apply after the first 7 days.
Harmanii. FlowCharge Cables
- Warranty Duration: 6 Months (Replacement Warranty)
- Any verified manufacturing or functional defect within 6 months will qualify for a one-time replacement.
- Any signs of burning, cutting, voltage abuse, or modification will immediately void the warranty.
Harmanii. GlowAdapter
- Warranty Duration: 6 Months (Replacement Warranty)
- Any verified defect within the warranty period will be eligible for one-time direct replacement.
- Any signs of burning, cutting, voltage abuse, or modification will immediately void the warranty.
Refund Policy
At Harmanii, we strive to ensure that every customer receives products in perfect condition. While we primarily offer replacement and warranty services, refunds are available only under strict and limited circumstances to maintain fairness and transparency.

1. When Are You Eligible for a Refund? To qualify for a refund, all of the following must apply:

Reported within 24 hours: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Damaged on Arrival: The product must have visible physical damage that occurred before it was opened or used.

Valid Proof: You must be able to provide clear proof of the damage.
2. How to Submit a Claim Send a message to our official WhatsApp or Messenger inbox including:

Your delivery receipt. (Please note: Refund claims will not be accepted without mandatory proof).
3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable We cannot issue a refund if:

4. What Happens After 24 Hours? (Warranty Coverage) If you miss the 24-hour refund window or experience a technical malfunction later, don't worry—you are still protected by our standard warranty policies:

Refund Process
If your claim is approved:

You will receive a confirmation message.

The product must be shipped back to Harmanii in its original packaging.

Once the returned item is inspected and verified, we will initiate the refund.

Refunds are processed only through bKash/Nagad (no cash refunds).

Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Shipping the product back to Harmanii is the customer’s responsibility.
